To continuously consolidate the professional capabilities of our team and establish a long-term learning mechanism, Chaoxu Machinery regularly organizes special training sessions on printing machinery. Recently, a new round of on-site technical training was held in the workshop. Employees from sales and relevant departments gathered to take part in immersive learning focusing on unit-type flexographic printing machines.
The training adopts practical teaching based on actual production machines. Taking our mainstream unit-type flexo printing equipment as examples, technical instructors illustrated the overall machine structure, functions of each printing unit, operating principles, printing process advantages, model selection standards and daily maintenance requirements. In response to common technical questions raised during communication with overseas customers, instructors explained knowledge combined with real business scenarios and demonstrated key components for intuitive understanding.
During the session, participants observed the equipment closely and took detailed notes. They raised questions actively and held thorough discussions regarding machine parameters, applicable materials, production capacity and customized solutions. Employees shared experience in customer communication and linked learned knowledge with frontline work, creating a positive learning atmosphere.
Chaoxu Machinery always attaches great importance to talent development and regards technical training as a vital part of team building. We have established a regular training system. Different from simple theoretical lectures, on-site training enables employees to observe and touch real machines, greatly improving learning efficiency and helping them fully grasp the core advantages of printing equipment.
