Ingenuity Passes on Skills, Empowers Growth——Our Factory's Technical Masters Conduct Special Training on Machine Operation for Salesmen
To further improve the professional quality of salesmen, enable them to grasp the product production process more accurately, be familiar with the details of machine operation, better connect with customer needs and convey product advantages, our factory recently organized a special training activity on machine operation for salesmen. Experienced technical masters gave on-site lectures, and all salesmen participated actively and studied earnestly.
At the training site, combining the core production equipment of our factory, the technical masters gave a comprehensive and detailed explanation on the basic structure of the machine, the inspection process before starting, the core operation steps, daily maintenance skills, safety precautions during operation, and common fault troubleshooting methods. In view of the machine-related questions that salesmen may encounter when docking with customers daily, the master disassembled complex operations in simple and easy-to-understand language, demonstrated every key action hand in hand, and focused on the standard details in the operation process——from the debugging of equipment parameters, the correct placement of materials, to the inspection after product forming, each link was guided patiently to ensure that every salesman could understand and master proficiently.
During the learning process, the salesmen were rigorous in attitude and proactive. They listened carefully to the master's explanation, recorded the operation points in detail, asked questions in a timely manner when they encountered unclear points, and the master answered them patiently one by one, creating a strong interactive atmosphere on site. Everyone took the initiative to practice on the machine, repeated the exercises under the guidance of the master, became familiar with the machine operation process, corrected irregular actions, and strived to learn every operation detail solidly and practice proficiently. Through the method of "theoretical explanation + practical demonstration + hands-on practice", the salesmen quickly mastered the core details of machine operation, further clarified the product production principle, and effectively made up for their shortcomings in machine operation.
