Main Characteristics

1.Unwinding & Rewinding: External doublestation unwinding and rewinding frames;  airexpanding shafts with safety chucks for reel loading/unloading; unwinding EPC device, automatic cutting during reel change; horizontal linear cutting blades for unwinding and rewinding with forward / reverse cutting modes, ensuring neat winding.
2.Traction: A traction mechanism is equipped for unwinding to achieve zerotension unwinding and minimize material stretching.
3.Coating: Direct gravure coating with a pneumatic doctor blade. Active backpressure roller; each coating roller is driven by an independent motor for more stable coating tension control.
4.Oven: Foursection topopening highconstanttemperature drying oven. The whole oven adopts negativepressure design to prevent hot air leakage. High air volume and pressure enable lowtemperature and highairvelocity drying. All nozzles are detachable for easy cleaning. Synchronous belt drive ensures low noise.
5.Lamination: Three-roller lamination pressing unit to ensure uniform pressing force across the entire web width.
6.Whole Machine: The whole machine is equipped with Siemens motors and Yaskawa inverters.
